Summer School DCODE: Design for entangled interactions
27-06-2022
The third DCODE Summer School from June 20. to 24. 2022 offered keynotes, workshops, and training activities that revise and extend user-centered and human-centered design to account for human entanglement with systems that learn, predict, and evolve across decentralised networks.
The program included a symposium and several networking opportunities during which to gain insights into the work-in-progress work of the DCODE Prototeams.
The Summer School took place in real life at the Delft University of Technology at the Faculty of Industrial Design Engineering.
Furthermore another part of the program was situated in Rotterdam ánd at the Amstelcampus of the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. A network event took place with the AIxDesign Community Amsterdam. Due to the gordious weather all the participants gathered at the rooftop of the Benno Premsela House!
Many thanks to all the organisers as well as the attendees, among whom also 15 PhD students from around the world!
